Scope

This policy covers seo-blackhats.com, including the consultation and audit-request forms and the cart/checkout flow. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone, company name, website URL, and the free-text message on our consultation and audit-request forms; billing name, email, and address when you check out.

Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and are never stored in our database.

Automatically collected, only with consent: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring site — via the cookies described in our Cookie Policy. GA4 does not load until you accept.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries and quote requests, to fulfil and invoice fixed-scope orders, to improve the site using aggregated analytics (only with your consent), and to meet our own legal and accounting recordkeeping obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate the site and process payments (hosting provider, payment processor), and when required by law. We do not use data brokers, ad networks, or cross-site tracking.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and order records for as long as needed to service the engagement and meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No card data is stored on our systems at any point.

If you're a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and why; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect any); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
