Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fixed-scope deliverables

The Rank Snapshot, both tiers of the Technical SEO Audit, the Keyword & Content Strategy, the Local SEO Launch Pack, and the Penalty Recovery Diagnosis Sprint are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. Once we've started research, crawling, or diagnostic work on your domain, the order is non-refundable — the deliverable is the research itself, and that work has already started on your behalf. If we miss the turnaround time stated on the relevant service page and the delay is ours, you may cancel for a full refund.

Retainer engagements

Link Building & Digital PR, ongoing Local SEO management, E-commerce SEO, and the Penalty Recovery programme are billed monthly and cancellable with 30 days' written notice to support@seo-blackhats.com. Months already delivered are non-refundable. Any minimum-term commitment — for example, the 3-month minimum on Link Building & Digital PR or the 6-month minimum on E-commerce SEO — is stated in your signed agreement before your first invoice, not decided after the fact.

No performance or ranking refunds

We do not offer refunds based on ranking or traffic performance, because we don't guarantee ranking or traffic performance. Nobody controls Google's algorithm, and a refund policy tied to rankings would be a guarantee we can't honour, dressed up as a policy.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@seo-blackhats.com with your order reference (from your confirmation email) or your account details. We'll confirm eligibility under this policy and process approved refunds to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
