Agreement

Using this site or purchasing a service from us means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

SEO Black Hats LLC ("SEO Black Hats," "we," "us"), 338 Camellia Dr, Thibodaux, LA 70301, USA.

The services

We provide technical SEO audits, keyword and content strategy, link building and digital PR, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and penalty recovery and site rescue, sold either as fixed-scope deliverables or as retainer engagements, priced as listed on this site.

Orders and payment

Fixed-scope deliverables — the Rank Snapshot, the Technical SEO Audit, the Keyword & Content Strategy, the Local SEO Launch Pack, and the Penalty Recovery Diagnosis Sprint — are purchased through the cart and checkout on this site, with payment due at checkout. Retainer engagements — Link Building & Digital PR, ongoing Local SEO management, E-commerce SEO, and the Penalty Recovery programme — are scoped individually and billed under a separate signed agreement before work begins; any minimum term is stated in that agreement, not on this site.

What you receive

The specific deliverables, scope items, and turnaround listed on each service's page. Turnaround times begin once we have the access and information needed to start — for example, confirmed domain access or Search Console access, where the engagement requires it.

No ranking guarantee

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search algorithms and competitive landscapes change, and no agency controls them. Anyone who promises specific rankings is promising something outside their control.

Clean methods

We do not use link schemes, private blog networks, cloaking, doorway pages, hidden text, keyword stuffing, negative SEO, or any tactic that violates Google's Webmaster Guidelines, on your site or on anyone else's on your behalf. This is a contractual commitment on every engagement, not a marketing claim.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely access to your site, analytics, or Search Console where the engagement requires it, and reasonably prompt feedback on drafts and recommendations. Delays on your end may extend the stated turnaround.

Intellectual property

Once you've paid in full, you own the specific deliverables we produce for you — reports, briefs, audits, and content or code recommendations. We retain ownership of our own internal methodology, templates, and tools used to produce them.

Refunds and cancellation

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Louisiana law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific deliverable, or the most recent month of retainer service, giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.

Termination

We may decline or end an engagement if requested work would require a tactic prohibited under the Clean Methods section, if payment is not received, or for other material breach of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
